DELIVERY GUIDE

OUR DELIVERY

Goods will be shipped out within two days of receipt of the order for goods that are ready and will be shipped via G4S couriers and will be dropped at the nearest G4S office to you, collection will be from that office by showing your identity document.

URGENT ORDERS

Urgent orders can be delivered for the same day by express courier in Nairobi only, enquire with us about the charges.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Regrettably there are some products that we will not ship out because of security reasons, these products are marked “Price available on request”, you can reserve the goods than pay and collect from our shop. If any address is not covered by G4S or another courier, then we will inform you accordingly and look for alternatives to either collect the goods or make a full refund back to you.

DELIVERY COMMUNICATIONS

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to inform you.

CHARGES

Standard delivery charges for Kenya are Kshs 1000.00 per parcel
